VORTAL at the XXXIX National Colloquium of ATAM

Rúben Assis, Senior Consultant at VORTAL, participated in the XXXIX National Colloquium of ATAM (Association of Local Government Employees) in the V Plenary Session: Amendments to the Public Procurement Regime – Artificial Intelligence in Municipalities.

At the event, VORTAL demonstrated its intention to modernize the local administration with the presentation of its pioneer Smarketcity project.
