Our Spanish team, based in Madrid but with nation-wide perspective is looking for a Sales Account to build pipeline and manage clients in the Public Sector. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, is a “shark” in the commercial setting, developing good relationships with potential clients and mastering the negotiation and closing components of the sales process. Availability to travel is required.
Execute the strategy in the Spanish public market, building a pipeline;
Prospection of new clients and prospects, presentation of services and proposals preparation of Vortal’s state-of-the-art eSourcing and eProcurement solutions and services;
Expand opportunities across the current customers’ base with upselling and cross selling and assure renewals;
Build and execute the territory planning in order to build a pipeline opportunity able to deliver maximum revenue potential;
Make use of a comprehensive CRM solution to report accurate sales forecast;
Act as a Vortal Evangelist, through product demonstrations, presenting at conferences and seminars, in-market events, and account specific initiatives.
Master degree in management or similar.
Skills & Knowledge
Fluency in Spanish with good level of written and spoken English;
Integrity, team player, curiosity, fast learner;
Customer orientation, autonomy and proactivity.
At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in eProcurement/eSourcing or IT Solutions proposing tools and services able to speed up the digital transformation and innovation;
Knowledge of public procurement / public administration;
Solid B2B sales and account management experience;
Able to liaise with C-level people.
