OBJETIVO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La presente POL\u00cdTICA DE ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N DE PRECIOS tiene por objeto establecer los principios y directrices claras para la actualizaci\u00f3n de los precios de los Servicios desarrollados y ofrecidos por VORTAL y las dem\u00e1s empresas pertenecientes al GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL.<\/p>\n<p>La presente POL\u00cdTICA DE ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N DE PRECIOS afecta al GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL, formado por las empresas que figuran en https:\/\/www.vortal.biz\/pt-pt\/vortal-group-companies\/, y que en lo sucesivo se denominar\u00e1n conjuntamente las \u00abEMPRESAS DEL GRUPO VORTAL\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El precio de los Servicios VORTAL siempre reflejar\u00e1 la calidad y el alcance de los Servicios VORTAL, la marca respectiva, la garant\u00eda y los servicios de asistencia t\u00e9cnica, as\u00ed como otros factores que influyen en la decisi\u00f3n de compra de nuestros Clientes.<br \/>GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL realizar\u00e1 peri\u00f3dicamente an\u00e1lisis de mercado con el fin de verificar las tendencias de precios, el comportamiento de los clientes y las acciones de la competencia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N ANUAL DE PRECIOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con el fin de garantizar la calidad de los Servicios prestados, GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL refleja en el precio de sus Servicios, los respectivos costes de desarrollo y comercializaci\u00f3n, marketing, la evoluci\u00f3n de los costes de la respectiva estructura organizativa y otros asociados al desarrollo de su actividad comercial.<\/p>\n<p>El precio de los servicios prestados por las empresas del GRUPO VORTAL se actualiza anualmente en funci\u00f3n del nivel de actualizaci\u00f3n de los costes.<br \/>Considerando que la mayor parte de los costos incurridos por el GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL est\u00e1 relacionada con el pago de salarios a sus Empleados, la actualizaci\u00f3n anual de precios de los Servicios ser\u00e1 calculada ponderando (i) la tasa de aumento del Salario M\u00ednimo Interprofesional (SMI) en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior y (ii) el \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumo (IPC), factor que ser\u00e1 medido en enero del a\u00f1o de la respectiva actualizaci\u00f3n y comparado con enero del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p>La actualizaci\u00f3n de los precios en Portugal de los servicios del GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL reflejar\u00e1, por tanto, la suma ponderada del aumento de estos dos \u00edndices, en la proporci\u00f3n del 75% para el indicador SMI y del 25% para el indicador IPC.<\/p>\n<p>La actualizaci\u00f3n de precios en Espa\u00f1a para los servicios del GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL reflejar\u00e1, por tanto, la suma ponderada del incremento de estos dos \u00edndices, en la proporci\u00f3n del 75% para el indicador SMI y del 25% para el indicador IPC. A efectos de c\u00e1lculo, tanto el SMI como el IPC son el resultado de una ponderaci\u00f3n entre el indicador en Portugal (75%) y el indicador en Espa\u00f1a (25%), reflejando la estructura organizativa de la operaci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>De forma ejemplificativa:<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1o 2025<\/p>\n<p>A la fecha, para los clientes con servicios en Portugal, se encuentra en vigor en el GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL una actualizaci\u00f3n anual de precios que resulta de la aplicaci\u00f3n del aumento del SMN en 2025 (6,1%), y del indicador IPC, medido de enero de 2025 respecto a enero de 2024 (2,5%), resultando, tras la correspondiente ponderaci\u00f3n, en una actualizaci\u00f3n del 5,2%, redondeado al euro.<\/p>\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a, se encuentra en vigor en el GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL una actualizaci\u00f3n anual de precios que resulta de la aplicaci\u00f3n del aumento del SMN en Espa\u00f1a en 2025 (4,41%), del aumento del SMN en Portugal en 2025 (6,1%), del indicador IPC de Espa\u00f1a, medido de enero de 2025 respecto a enero de 2024 (2,9%) y del indicador IPC de Portugal, medido en el mismo periodo (2,5%), resultando, tras la correspondiente ponderaci\u00f3n, en una actualizaci\u00f3n del 4,91%, redondeado al euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. CAMPA\u00d1AS PROMOCIONALES Y DESCUENTOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL utilizar\u00e1 estrat\u00e9gicamente campa\u00f1as promocionales y descuentos con el fin de potenciar las ventas y premiar la confianza del Cliente en los Servicios VORTAL.<br \/>Todas las campa\u00f1as promocionales y descuentos de VORTAL seguir\u00e1n pol\u00edticas claras y se comunicar\u00e1n a los Clientes de forma transparente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. OTRAS REVISIONES DE PRECIOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL podr\u00e1 revisar los precios de los Servicios VORTAL siempre que sea necesario, como consecuencia de (i) un aumento del nivel de Servicio del Cliente; (ii) la evoluci\u00f3n funcional del Servicio; (iii) la suscripci\u00f3n de nuevos Servicios o (iv) la conclusi\u00f3n de periodos de campa\u00f1as de ofertas y\/o la aplicaci\u00f3n de descuentos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. ESTRATEGIA DE SEGMENTACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El GRUPO DE EMPRESAS VORTAL tambi\u00e9n puede adoptar diferentes estrategias de precios para segmentos espec\u00edficos de clientes, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades particulares y su comportamiento de compra.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, en funci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n del volumen de negocio o de las compras del Cliente, o de la evoluci\u00f3n de la horquilla de precios en la que se encuentra el Cliente, tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00e1 aplicar una estrategia de actualizaci\u00f3n de precios m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.
